Nasi Lemak (Lemak rice)



Nasi lemak can be found not only in Malaysia but also countries such as Singapore and Brunei love. Some parts of Indonesia are also used to perform presented, which is located on the border of Malaysia in Riau alone so you can always say nasi lemak.



Taste nasi lemak malaysia certainly tasty and delicious. suitable and fitting are presented in different atmosphere, like lunch atapun dinner special. for the case of Malaysia and the Malay tribes terrain, fat rice dish is considered as one of the national dishes. so that when the month of Ramadan as it is today, nasi lemak become one of the iftar menu that is required every day.


For Reciep Nasi Lemak :

HOW TO MAKE RICE FATS (Ala MALAYSIA):
• Rinse, soak in water for 1 hour, drain. Prepare a pot, put the rice, coconut milk, salt, ginger and pandan leaves. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes until the water runs absorbed (Diaron). Lift. Aron rice steamed in a steamer heat up
ripe (for 30 minutes).
HOW TO MAKE sambal ikan bilis:
• Puree red peppers, onion, garlic, hazelnut. Heat oil and saute ground spices and lemongrass until haruin.
• Add salt and sugar and stir well. Add fried ikan bilis, stir well, remove from heat.
PRESENTATION :
• serve nasi lemak
together with sambal ikan bilis, cucumber omelette, and chicken curry.
* FISH BILIS:
• is a kind of fish about the size of anchovies and body gilig.

CULINARY TIP:
Nasi lemak make more practical to use the rice cooker. The trick, mix all ingredients in a special container rice cooker and rice cooking process as usual until cooked.
